Like what you've seen of AllYourTech.com so far? If you'd like to get involved, we're looking for new additions to our team!

Specifically, we're looking for some talented and inspired writers with a healthy dose of tech-enthusiasm to contribute content. Yes, we have several writers already, but one of the drawbacks of having writers working in the field is that they can get bogged-down by their day (and night, and weekend...) job.

There are a number of areas where you may be able to help out.

• Articles - feature-length content including everything from editorials to tutorials
• News - medium-length content dealing with current events
• Tips - short computing tips
• Downloads - sharing useful software resources (preferably free and open source) with the rest of us

We have other forms of content around the corner, but these are and will always be our bread and butter.

Here are some of the benefits available to contributors

• You own your content - Want to post your articles on your personal site as well? Great! As long as we get to post the whole thing here you can publish it anywhere else you want, too.
• Get noticed - We recieve millions of page views per month.
• Advertising space - If you have an AdSense account, you'll be able to generate revenue from everything you write that we publish! Additional ads will be allowed within longer articles, too.
• Your own @AllYourTech.com email address - Regular contributors can have one upon request. Show everyone you are a part of the team!
• Web hosting - Contributors to AllYourTech.com are eligible for cheap or free hosting on our server (depending on how much they contribute, of course).
• Networking opportunities - Our contributors aren't full-time writers; they are people working in all areas of the tech industry. There are a lot of rising stars in our midst!
• Become part of a great community - Many life-long friendships have been forged among the AYT family!

The forums will now begin importing AllYourTech.com content automatically. This is where comments to articles and such will go from now on.

I've finished coding the new AllYourTech.com home page. It should be more attractive to the eye than the older one. It also arranges the information more sensibly than before.

AllYourTech.com has a number of new advertising sponsors. Although some of them are very new, I'm glad to see Google's AdSense program finally getting some competition. Here's a little information on each one:

Google AdSense - still the leader in pay-per-click, context-based advertising (their referral program began today)

AdBright - similar to AdSense but is topic-based rather than context-based to avoid AdSense conflicts and allows you to customize the look of the ads more than any program I've seen

Chitika - inventors of the eMiniMall which allows you to search without leaving the page

Yahoo! Publisher Network - Looks to be very similar to AdSense both in terms of context-based ads and search-based ads but with some interesting new features.
