Windows WMF vulnerability workaround

So far, Microsoft hasn't released a patch to the much-hyped WMF vulnerability and isn't expected to for at least another week. Fortunately, there is a third-party workaround available.

The (temporary) workaround was originally found on HexBlog.com but that site seems to have been slammed so hard that it's gone for now. Fortunately, security guru Steve Gibson (recently of Security Now! fame) has mirrored the file on GRC.com.
