Born in 1976, Jeremy Sell grew up on a produce and grain farm in rural southeast Michigan. Learning the value of hard work, he also developed an interest in education and technology and the opportunities they could provide.
After graduating from high school in 1995, Jeremy worked at various manufacturing jobs while attending college. This balance of hands-on experience and academic learning would provide an opportunity later in life.
Along with manufacturing, Jeremy spent years working as a network administrator, web developer, support technician and all-around technology enthusiast. He earned Novell certification in 1998 and an AS degree in computer programming in 2004. He is currently pursuing a BS degree in computer science.
In 2004 he merged his experience with agriculture, manufacturing, and technology to co-found a custom manufacturing company. This business produces string-tying equipment for a variety of industries, but focuses on tree-bundling machinery for wholesale nurseries.
Married in 2005, Jeremy dedicates most of his free time to his wife and growing his young company. He still ocassionally returns to his love of technology to write articles on the subject.
